Yabba Tutti
Yabba Tutti is a shrewd MC who started to stand out in the battles of rap and freestyle wheels in ABC São Paulo around 2013, at the height of her 19 years. Soon after, he started to have a deeper contact with reggae through the sound system parties. He acts in the underground scene as an MC and also as a selector specialized in the dancehall style. He has passed through the four corners of the city of São Paulo.
She is the founder of the collective Guetto Mommys Posse, which aims at the rise of women and LGBTQIA + within reggae. He is a member of the collective Marginal's Mafia , in the Paraíba Valley. As a party producer since 2015, she collects dozens of dance flyers named after her. They are: Caldeirão (mystical party, of different styles, where only women who play vinyl take the pickup trucks) and Maloka Dance (dancehall party 100% vinyl that happened in the famous Susi in Transe).
In 2020, Yabba Tutti won first place in a contest for new talent promoted by Rio de Janeiro's Digitaldubs (one of the biggest sound systems in Brazil) and a strong jury. Soon there will be a recording at the Digitaldubs studio in Rio de Janeiro, released by the Muzamba label.
In the meantime, listen to your two released singles: “Ouro e Diamante” and “É Nóis que Manda”, on all digital platforms. With messages of uprising from the woman, spiritual repatriation and self-esteem from the black people, Yabba Tutti is not limited when it comes to music. From rap, through dancehall, trap and afrobeat, his rhetoric is the enemy of racism, injustice and genocide.
